St Nics Shopping Centre is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment, making it easier for everyone to enjoy their visit. A range of accessibility features are available throughout the centre to support customers with different mobility and accessibility needs.

Key accessibility features include:

  • Flat access from both High Street entrance points, providing step-free entry into the shopping centre.
  • Ramp access between Levels 2 and 1, helping visitors move around the centre with ease.
  • Accessible (disabled) toilets located within the centre on Levels 1 & 3.
  • An accessible lift at the St Nicholas Way entrance, offering step-free access to Level 1.
  • An accessible lift serving the Omniplex Cinema, ensuring convenient access for cinema visitors.
  • Dedicated wheelchair spaces within the Omniplex Cinema, allowing disabled guests to enjoy films comfortably.
  • 39 designated accessible parking spaces, located in the shopping centre car park for easy access.  There are 20 spaces on Level 2, and 19 spaces on Level 3.
  • Sutton ShopAbility, an independent service that provides mobility scooters and wheelchairs to help visitors who require additional assistance during their shopping trip.  Click here for more info.

These facilities are designed to help ensure St Nics Shopping Centre is welcoming, accessible, and convenient for all visitors.

The nearest cash point in the St Nicholas Centre can be found at Eurochange, which is situated on level 1 next to Barnes & Fadden.

Public toilets can be found on Level 3 of the centre.

Disabled toilets can be found on Level 3 next to the public toilets and also on Level 1 of the centre next to Poundstretchers.

The family changing room and baby change facilities can be found on Level 3 at the entrance of the toilets.

We are proud that our toilets have once again been awarded Platinum status at the Loo of the Year Awards 2026.

Centre Management can be found on level 3, just beyond the double doors by the public toilets.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the centre. However, assistance dogs are more than welcome.
